Cat C is just a more costly state of repair than Cat D.
Cat D would be something like, paint stripper poured over the car, or flood damage. My Clio is Cat C and didn't have any chassis damage
7.0 would refer to the width of the wheel in inches. Sometimes expressed as 7J.
i'd go with an 8 inch wide wheel on the mk2 Clios.
Too thin. 45 is the lowest profile you need to go to.
3 options.
1.Drain the oil out and top up with 5 litres of new oil.
2.Spend £60 on a pump to pump the excess oil out of the sump.
3. Take it to a garage.
I'd recommend option 3
With anything oil related, you always check the dipstick for the level. Never ever ever trust the electronics.
You'll be very lucky if you've not done anything serious.

Having been for a tour of spax's factory I was impressed with the manufacturing process. There's been a lot of engineering put into manufacturing their coilovers for the Clio, and to see them passed off as mediocre because of the name on them is a little disheartening.

It's actually the exact same chassis as a 1.2, just with all the rear quarter panels hacked off. You can even see where they cut away the body panels if you look under the V6 body kit.
