Everyone has beat me to it, but don't. A. You look like ridiculous doing it B. People will randomly stick their full beams on at you C. It can land you a £30 fine if you don't need them on D. You look ridiculous.

That's your abs sensor. You're scrubbing issue is very easy to fix. Remove the arch liners or raise the car.

I'd try swapping the stalk, if you really have to use the front fog lights

+1 for this. Works really well. But theres always a bit you can't get to at the bottom

Just a quick tip for anyone reading this, considering taking out the gear box... They all fit around the bell housing in a rough circle. Best thing you can do is use a piece of card and punch the bolts through in the position they come out. So you end up with something the looks like a clock...
