sounds like a clock problem mate , id be suspicious of that mileage unless you have MOTs to back it up and the obvious stuff ! as for driving depends on what you mean takes for ever , the vvt kicks in around 5k which is what gives it a good shove , put it should still feel fairly responsive off...

if your not very handy with a grinder you can get it stinking hot and smash it off with a hammer and chisel !!

in short yes swaying at the back would be caused by a shocker not holding its pressure right ! also worth checking your tyres simple but so many forget tyre pressures cause it to handle one way ! also if they are different tyres one may be better quality and grip better! good luck
