we did accept the rules and polices when we signed up... but this particular policy wasnt in place then.. shouldnt I have to agree to any new rules being imposed on me!?

we currently subscribe to the 37quid a month 20 mb unlimited broadband package with virgin..
anyways.. all of a sudden my internet drops really slow, I do the relevant tests to find out it is something on Virgin's end.
So, I call virgin about to rant about not getting the...
my mate has just bought a very nice epsom one for 800 quid.. quality is amazing.. but it only has 2000 hours before you need to change the bulb! (£300).. which would put me off but.. whatever floats your boat!
lol.. i asked my dad about the spec and he was probably just nodding and saying yes lol! regardless of how much cheaper i could have got it for etc.. I got it for free through his work! so I am not going to complain!

I currently run sophos anti-virus, cleanmypc registry cleaner, spybot and adaware...
are there any other programs i could be running on a regular basis etc.. to keep my pc running good as possible?

now it is an 18 month contact which means i am due an upgrade in july,, should i push for an upgrade now?
if so, do i push for it? or accept it when they say no?

i use cleanmypc registry cleaner, it's rather idiot proof and is vista compatable too, u are meant to pay around £10 though to fix the problems it finds...
i actually was fixing a gals pc the other day and it was running terribly slow! removed norton and put on AVG and it was 100x better!
only anti-virus i like better than AVG is sophos, but AVG is free,,,
