Replaced both front and rear pads with Carbone Lorraine RC5+ the difference is amazing! Mounted ECU flat and fitted new lithium battery. Barry weighs under 1kg 😊 Next is induction kit and air feed headlight.

I also gutted the tailgate and made some cheapy door cards, not that pretty but they do the job. Aerial also removed and replaced with a bolt/gasket/washer. Next job is wheel alignment and I'm going to make a power steering cooler as I see this is a weak point on track.

Both seats and harnesses now in, after seeing how simple my cobra drivers side subframe was I ordered some flat bar and made a matching passengers side subframe. R1R tyres fitted, waiting for track rod ends so I can get alignment done, from our little camber gauge I think I've got 3 degrees...

Inside painted, tidied loom, tailgate pins fitted, removed dash to modify, new steering wheel, harnesses.

Does it have to be a momo boss? I'm looking for a wheel and boss, there's loads of mk2 Clio bosses for under £20

Did they not come with -1.5 standard on the front?

Mines 1.625 one side and 2.25 the other so was going to put a 40 minute shim in one side to make them both about 1.6-1.7 Sound ok?

I've put -2.5 on the fronts, would the rears not benefit?

hi guys, going to be doing a few track days at Snetterton this year, would appreciate some advice on what settings to run? I've seen people run as much as 3 degrees? Car is stripped, new cup shocks and cooksport springs. I have camber bolts for the fronts and will shim the rears if needed.

Black bumper centre. Bit more stripping, tidying and painting.

Twin air feeds fitted today, one straight to the middle bumper grill, moved battery and ECU a bit, silicon intake pipe with the breather in, K&N panel filter.

New seats, pic from car they came out of.

Fitted new Cup shocks front and rear with cooksport springs, new mounts, bearings etc. Hoping it's gonna settle a bit as it's not really any lower 🙈:laughing:

Did a engine clean with the Forte flush then oil and filter change. My first 2 tyres turned up to. Toyo R1R :grimacing:

Welcome Ian Removed the inlet manifold again to match the throttle body, ended up removing both parts of the inlet manifold and taking quite a bit more off them. Before After Throttle body

Saved me a job! Just getting a few bits together at the moment, hope to have it on the road next month.

It's already been done mate. Removed the inlet manifold to port match it and some nice person has already done that to :grimacing:

They are the hard/tar pads that are stuck to the floor from the factory to reduce vibration and road noise.

Removed the sound deadening pads from the front, not a lot of weight but soon adds up Panel filter and helmet arrived.
