Have a look in the fusebox, 3 brown relays in a row E, G, J.
J is the immo relay, swap that with the top one E, that's the low speed AC fan so not important at this time.
He's obviously done/not done something when the box has been off.
Going to be hard to fix over the internet if he's said he's checked everything.
How come you didn't go to Birchdown like you normally do?
I find the spongey bit on the applicators a bit too big for most chips, so tend to rip that off leaving a finer tip or use toothpicks.
Colour match wise they are the same as you'd get at most places tbh.
Yeah do lose a bit with extensions but depends what you're using it for really.
It'll still have a couple hundred Nm even with them.
You still have your big DeWalt for heavy jobs don't you?
Sat there doing nothing, things seize up and as soon as you use them it starts to show.
Like collectors of supercars, hardly any mileage on them. As soon as they start them up the engine starts leaking as seals/gaskets dry up and they piss oil.
Ended up getting one of these from a UK seller for £12, came next day.
Fits bang on.
Still can't find a genuine UK stockist. Emailed PowertoolMate and got a reply saying "I don't know when new stock is coming in"... Cheers 😂
Gyeon Ceramic QD is what I use, nice to use, doesn't smear and leaves a decent gloss.
Koch Chemie FSE is also good, it has an added limescale remover which is handy if you're in a hard water area.
I bought them when I had the Clio, they're just s**t pattern parts, don't bother.
They don't have the increased caster as they should for the sports and the ball joints are of the non sport variety with the M10 bolts not M12.
