    Torque them upto 100nm, book recommends 90nm for standard road driving, I have mine at 100nm.

    Is it simply a case of pulling the camshaft covers off and putting the horse shoe on, or is there more to it than that? K4M engine if it makes a difference.

    Average 22.5 mpg

    Average driving, through some city traffic, short DC stretch then onto A roads for the other 24 miles, through some more towns etc. Both cars were standard engine wise.
