I travel on A27 most days, was working in Falmer today then headed back to Worthing then up to Horsham. The cup stays in the garage in the week so the Van gets the miles on it instead.

lol bet they know you buy now. Should be much closer this time round with the new turbo on. Get a panel filter for now, then research the ECU remap option as it will defo be benficial especially for the cost compared to my clio! Ill have a look for Flash this week.

When you getting it done? I bet Frosts are happy! So thats maybe why there was such a big difference, get the turbo done and ill up for another blast this weekend!

Ahh just seen this post. Yeah it was good fun indeed. As i said Alex, an ecu remap should do the trick, and also a new turbo.

I reckon a ex-cup mk1 16v racer for the money is alot of fun. Get a decent one for about £2500-£3500.

Good to hear youve bought a legendary hot hatch. He points out a few problems with the car which he says are simple and inexpensive......the steering columne will cost roughly £200 and the problem with 1st gear could be worse than a simple fix......new gear box springs to mind..
