    Eibachs are pretty good, about £135 or you could try Rokkor coilovers off ebay for a similar price. I am undecided on what is best ATM.

    New Sachs dampers for the front are about £600 each from renault from memory, rebuild from BG motorsport is a lot cheaper and quikcer.

    The interior itself I would imagine wouldn't take that long to do if you know where all the screws etc are. I imagine the tar like stuff on the body would be the worst bit.

    Aye EUI group is good at having high price renweals but cheap if you do an actual quote online. No point in showing loyalty to any insurance company as it means fuk all to them as long as there getting cash off someone.
