    You'll want at least 5mm on them. When they get down to 2-3mm they're done. They just don't work as good, can't take the heat in my experience.

    No competition belt as such but Pure Motorsport sell a race version of the cambelt kit which eliminates the plastic tensioner/idler pulleys. Not recommended for the road as the belt tension is manually set and needs checking regularly.

    Yeah it will push back through. Give it a good whack, just don't roll the end of the threads over. Use a bit of wood or a copper mallet.

    Gyeon Can Coat is piss easy to use and you'll get 6-12 months durability. Other than that, CarPro CQuartz UK is fairly forgiving and user friendly.

    Were you able to measure the camber? With the camber maxed out as you say plus the slight increase you'd get with the RCC kit, you could in theory be driving on the inside of the tyre. Saying that, it would have to be a fair bit of camber for it to do that. Like -4 degree plus...
