Hi all,
I'm in a bit of a mix on what to do now my car is paid for. As most of you know, at the moment i have the RS-1 in the picture.
Went and had a look round at a few places with the old king at the weekend, as he was picking up his new car. Saw a couple of really nice 182's in the spec i...

Now i have come to point where my fingers can really take much more and i had to stop.
I managed to get all the 'tubes' polished perfectly, they look so good in the light now, just need a few more 1200 grit sessions. ;)

Here are some 'work in progress' pictures on my inlet manifold. I'm sanding it down and polishing it using various grades of wet & dry, autosol, silvo and super resin polish.
I didn't want to do it on the car as it makes a lot of mess.
Whilst the inlet is off i took the chance to degrease the...
Firstly a big apology to all the n/w members. I'll be the only clean car there.
Had to give my new camera a try, so the temptation to wash was too much.
:o
Came out quite well imo. Still got to get used to a proper camera though.:S Going to try and get some tips from Dave on Sunday.:approve...
A quick snap from a while ago with a bit of sharpening and editing. Took it with my Dad's Nikon D50.
Got one for myself now, just got to get the damn thing figured out properly as it's my first proper camera.:o
It might even tempt me to wash the car for the first time in over a month...maybe...
Found some pictures i didn't post because they were on another SD card.
Only a few, but they capture how good the meet was.
Bring on the next North Wales run. :approve:
Mine is the silver Mk1 172 on Turinis.
Had a great meet today, good enough to make up for the last one i missed.
Quick notes from the day...both dave and myself know our ABS works. i only have one front arch liner. the food at 'hungry horse' is a bit cack. oh, and cable throttles are better.
I'm uploading pics now...

Would a mod be able to stick this post? I have done it for various people.
After a few requests i thought it might as well put a guide together for the fitting of an fog light located air feed for the BMC CDA/Viper etc etc...
This guide is only applicable to the Mk1 172 (RS-1). Other models...

Hi,
I had my steering aligned in July after it was knocked out of alignment. Trouble is, is is slowly returning to its original mis-aligned position.
I don't want to spend another £30 + vat on alignment if it's only going to last a certain amount of time.:dapprove:
Will it help to replace...
Evening all,
Over the coming months my car will be turning into something resembling this...

Couldn't belive how much of a...
Just wondered if it is possible to fit a Mk2 172 wheel and airbag to my Mk1 172?
I had a Mk2 172 item on my old Dynamique which i fitted and the connections look the same as i have now on my Mk1 172.
Could someone clear this up for me?
Chris

Just bought this private plate for my 172 so i was wondering if someone could 'shop it on to my car?
The reg is T15 RNR

Found this old video of my car the day after i bought it, so i thought i would share it with you lot.
It's still the fruitiest standard inlet F4R i've heard, and still sounds the same today!
