If it's an intermittent misfire that's a hard thing to see in a spark plug tester.
They seem to be worse at part throttle when they start to fail and behave at full throttle.
Could packs are VERY common for failing on these engines
The Clio van but yep, later kangoos had them too, again check the gear knob to identify as they all use that same gear knob for the hydraulic clutch models
These pics are probably as old as the thread! Cars long since been scrapped!
Struggled to give those wheels away, think I sold them for £150 in good condition with newish tyres
The DCI 100 had a hydraulic clutch and the later DCI 68's (mostly vans) had them too.
If it has this shape gear knob its a cable clutch:
And this shape is a Hydraulic clutch:
Twingo mk2 with the 1.2 TCE (GT/Gordini) also uses the same gearbox and clutch so parts from that MAY fit and be...
Agree with this, my old 80 had earned its value 10 times over in milage claims!
They are still almost impossible to beat in terms of running costs, but now you have to be dedicated to the cause and willing to stick a pump and injectors on them, but tbh, once that's done they are good to go for...
I bought a rare little ph1 1.2 16v Sport - no history of the belts being done so done that today and then the most satisfying job on a clio.... A fresh coolant bottle! Ill grab a later style black coolant cap for it this week when I'm at the scrappy
It will be formatted correctly if it's got that far then crashed, they are just a little flakey, it runs WindowsCE, the later android ones are much more stable
format the USB and create a new one using the following website, it skips out the step of using Toolbox:

Worth noting, your not updating the maps - only the Software on the unit its self.

Usual quality of map from Fastchip, awesome, From cold start the car is transformed, it used to kangaroo and be borderline dangerous joining the motorway 30 seconds from my work when it was cold.
Car has also gained a little mid range where it needs it...
If it works as a cig lighter then it's getting power 😂
Must be your device?/socket
Give the device a twist and see if it starts producing power that will usually confirm that it's dirty/corroded
Timing chain so nothing to worry about really in that regard.
They seem to like to blow head gaskets if eBay is anything to go by! Always for sale as non runners
Why would you keep them? eBay will side with you and he will have to pay return shipping.
Plus fyi those are cheap discs that someone has drilled/machined. They are worse than a set of genuines
More info required, on that engine I'd be looking at plugs, coilpack, injectors and upstream lambda. Most likely one of those but diagnose it first don't just fire up the parts cannon
If the outside of the disc is ok it's probably the inner pads seized in the carrier as the piston and sliders appear to be moving and pulling the outer pad into the disc
Been daily driving it so not many updates, just loads of visits to the petrol station.
I did treat it to a new gear gaitor though from kolourKoncept.co.uk really nice addition
Why would anyone remove the rear seats then fit a wooden structure in the rear? Surely the whole point of removing the rear seats is to loose excess weight? Unless I'm missing something
