they pick up a little better low down the rev range, with the cat on, but seem a little flat mid/higher up than they are with the de-cat

was over £2k in bills to sort out bens shoddy work and thats just to sort out the damage done......not inclusive off parts/labour/extras not recieved etc

not sure on exact money outlayed mate tbh. i know it was a lot tho. even got 1 of the guys that shafted him ringing me up to ask how to fit stuff.......and he billed him top dollar for the job. i should have charged him for technical support i think to be fair...bens fuk up cost...

the vts mustve been a bad 1 then. craggys was quicker than my williams, which was quicker than the majority of 172s at the time

1st off.....id save yourself a bit of coin in the purchase, and get a better equipped track car to boot straight from the off. 172/182....no....get urself a williams mate. upgraded pads, assuming the calipers/discs are ok, and probably throw some coilovers on...will upset quite a few...

Re: Best Hot Hatch of all time? i always preferred the 309 to the 205 tbh. said it since i drove em back to back over same roads quite a number of years ago....i would have been around 17 at the time, with both cars being still pretty new then.

iv had a few circlips fail on my jc5s mainly due to the box mount under the battery tray snapping n dropping the box onto the subframe. extra mount now so shud cure this prob hehe.

Re: Best Hot Hatch of all time? the golf started nothing. the minis were converted to hatches in the 60s , few companies, radford, wood n picket , to name a couple. throw in a cooper s lump...fuk all would touch em. williams has to win that comp tho. ;)
