Sorry to high jack but what wideband kits do people recommend? I looking for one to play with mapping my 182 at some point but I want one that I can log against RPM. Was thinking the innovate lc-2 hooked up to the iphone kit.

Just started the passenger side. ALOT easier that the drivers side getting the stem bolt out. Just need to bash the ball joint out now and fit the new one.

Bashed it with a hammer backwards and forwards with the help if wd40. Didn't take too long actually. So much easier with the wheels turned. Actual ball joint was fun to remove but got there in the end. Just need to fit the new on and then tacke the other side. But least I know what to do so...

Right just been to the car with the laptop. Using galletto 1260 I was able to download the 32kb file using the Sirius 34 option. Using MPPS I was able to download the 32kb file. No issues. To get the full EEPROM you need to use bootmode. But that's not needed for tuning. I just need a wide...

Like wise I have downloaded my ecu map, and is what I've based my doc on. That was using the 1260 on the 182 s34. Only 32kb read.

Where did you get these from?

When I get a chance I'll buy a second hand ecu. In bot mode I should be able to get the full 512kb.

Alientech powergate s is £190. Probably the cheapest official tool you can buy.

Both my galletto and mpps talk fine to it.

Galletto and mpps clones. Or genuine alientech powergate s. I've read my standard 182 ecu. Also have standard 172 and 1.4 16v files.
