basically had a lambda sensor replaced as it was knackered and as he replaced it with car on ramps he noticed that my handbrake wasnt even bolted down,so it was therefore loose and free moving!!It was "mot'd" when i bought it so i had 12 months but surely it shouldnt have passed?!
cheers

my car was made in belgium but registered as a uk car, doesnt make it an import does it?just my plate dont show up when garages try to get parts for it...
have you checked every fuse inside and out,i found on a customers car there was no power to the radio once id fitted something and it wouldnt power up,check all fuses in engine bay and one had blown, doesnt say in manual its for radio, changed it and was sorted.Suggest you do that before you get...
if its the lambda sensor before the cat get it sorted asap as your car will be chucking in unburnt petrol down your cat, after cat one is not so much of a worry.but is an expensive part, renault price £90 for second lambda sensor :quiet:
or it could be that your permanent and igniton are the other way round so it isnt saving because the permanent on the dension is connected to your ignition if you get me
i had that, pulled it back out and dropped the bit nearest the windscreen in instead of sliding it back, seems to help (when i say drop i dont physically mean let go.lol)
