    Trophy 220- Opinions...

I have no idea what you mean.

A few (amazing) pictures of the old steed. UR Clio 200.

It's hard to tell from the angle in the pictures. Here's a better angle of it in an old photo.

It's already got one mate, the GT spoiler was a factory option. I thought about the Elia Sprint but I'm not sold on them. I like the rear how it is really.

    Trophy 220- Opinions...

Not really a fan. They're a better 'car' but not a better RS product. By a long way. If you want that in a new car, buy a 265/275.

    Clio 200 Advan AD08R Review.

Thanks mate. I'll do an update of them once I've been on track in May. I only wrote one as I could find loads of Mk2 feedback but nothing from Mk3 owners with them. They're 215 section on mine. I thought about 225s but they're already close to the inner arches because of the chunky sidewalls! I...

clio mk3 engine change ? also 172 question

Ah okay, fair enough then. I'm not too familiar on the TCe engines, but as far as I know they're based on the D4 engine that my old one had. I'd imagine the mounts are similar and if you can get the whole engine loom from the donor TCe car, it'd be easier. You'd be better asking someone with...

clio mk3 engine change ? also 172 question

Clio 172s have the F4R. That's the standard engine. Is there anything wrong with the current 1.2 engine in your Mk3? Seems pointless to change it if not.

Fine mate. Well, as fine as a car that's already a very stiff road car can be. The damping copes really well with them and doesn't get upset either. You do get a little more kickback through the rack, but that's it really. I'd recommend them for sure.

    Terraclean??

I always thought it was b*llocks, but I'm happy to see real results. I thought of it as the Forever Living of the automotive world. Ie scam.

If you don't like a raspy NA sounding exhaust, you'll not like it. Lol. I'll get a proper video at the weekend.

I agree. Unless you're obsessive about the weight saving, they sound very dull and are hugely expensive. I might get a replacement back box when my OE one dies, but I'm happy with the crackles for now.

Yeah, I love AG. So yobbo but it suits the car.

Lol. Very. Rarer than an honest answer to a relationship problem in GC. I've never seen an Ultra Red Cup. Ever. Although I'm fairly sure that it was available, since it was a free colour. I'm in two minds. If I could get hold of a cheap set, I'd give them a go.

Cheers. I'm surprised by how many 200 owners compliment the colour, but hardly anyone ordered it in UR. I only ever see Glacier and LY ones. Nimbus is another cracking but underrated 200 colour. It doesn't have the impact of Ultra Red though

Yup! I never wanted one it that colour originally either. I wanted Storm Grey but couldn't order one as because it's a really late 200 and was discontinued. The salesman had a demo UR and I was sold!

I think so mate, yeah. To be honest, I replaced them all because I noticed a broken spring (which H&R replaced FOC) and replaced all the dampers at the same time. It just seems to cope a lot better now. The ride height is perfect and I've done the whole coilover route before with my 182 and most...

Cheers. UR is pretty rare too, I've only ever seen a handful of others, even on the 200 forum.

Thanks mate. It's just a cheap rubber Rhino Lip one. I've looked at others but I'm scared of smashing them on a curb or track etc.

If a Megane Trophy isn't a track car then I'm not sure what new-ish car is. Unless you mean it's not a cheap £2k track hack.
