Scott, that shot is great and very sharp front to back! I see you used f5 which at 10mm looks to have given you full dof. If I had to nitpick I would crop some sky from the top so the horizon wasn't central.

Well for me I don't wish to advertise on behalf of another company, it draws less attention to yourself when your going stealth. Some people even use black electrical tape to cover the white manufacturer lettering on their cameras so a neck strap would be somewhat out of the question. Also less...

I hate neck straps. One you look like a tourist and two you advertise your chosen manufacture. Main reason though is your camera is safer when carried in a bag and just as effective;) I use a gordy hand strap then camera is always ready!

17-55 all the way, a 24-70 is a 17-55 on full frame (roughly!)

I like the moody B&W Scott. Composition is spot on. Did you try your big stopper as those clouds would make a great long exposure? Sharpness is slightly lacking in the original image Scott, F5,6 would have got everything in focus at 10mm and given a sharper image than f11.
