That one in the picture is on the UCH, which pretty much controls the electrics side of the car, like lights, wipers, locks...
A good one to prevent corrosion is ACF-50 spray. Get the aerosol version.
I've gone through most of the connections in the engine bay with the stuff. It's 100% safe for electrical stuff.
They're not solid mounted from factory, so they will always move, the only thing holding them in underneath is the weight of the car. The bit on top just stops them from falling out really when jacked up 😂
The holes are rarely round from factory tbh.
I'm sure i remember somewhere that Renault dealers used to open up the hole a bit to 'cure' the common top mount knocking issue...
