Since having my new exhaust and decat fitted I have been getting some wierd noises coming from the cat area. I guess its blowing noises but they only occur when changing gear at high revs and when engine braking!!! Its a sorta of gurgling or blowing through a straw type of sound. Any ideas?

Obviously there's coilovers but i cant afford that sort of money at the moment. What are the best springs to use? I know that sportlines get good reviews but they dont seem to lower the car much more than cup springs unless anyone says otherwise?

Well it isnt really going to be tracked, maybe the odd occasion. Wouldnt mind it a bit lower though and there doesnt seem to be any decent springs that lower 182s by much.

Been offered some H&Rs at a very good price but being a poor student it is still a lot of money to me. Help me decide whether i should buy them or not. Benefits over my cup suspension would be really helpful too! :)

Whats wrong with it? I think the runner is split in two, part on the seat and part on the subframe. Really confusing! I can show you what i have once i've finished anyway.

Yeh i know! Just realized that! The seats didnt come with runners as they guy who owned them was a bit confused i think so you're going to have to use yours. Hope thats not a problem?
