    Cambelt

My 182 is on its 5th year for the cambelt now. Fred did mine last. It's been strong since he did it.

    Fitting Corbeau Pro Series

God knows why they've gone up to M10's. You don't see M8's snapping left, right and centre in motorsport ?

    Fitting Corbeau Pro Series

Ahh maybe me that's got it wrong then ? My silver ones came to suit the M10 fittings in the seats, although the holes to bolt it to the subframe are still M8 ?

They do the silver alloy ones and black in steel for the 90° mounts. Which ones have you got?

Rack or inner tie rod noises

I'd be surprised if you could hear a noise that low in the car with it running. Did it do it before you fitted the roll centre kit or the tie rods?

    Cambelt

There is also a hole in the gearbox bell housing that has some marks on it to show TDC, the flywheel has a mark on it too and they both line up when it's dead on. Quite hard to see though, you'll need a bright light down there to help. It's next to where the crank pin goes.

    Fitting Corbeau Pro Series

You can see the difference in the sidemounts here. The 90° gives you the overall width/footprint of the setup to fit the width of the subframe.

    Fitting Corbeau Pro Series

I run the non XL Pro Series with the silver alloy sidemounts with the 35° mounts. I had to drill some new holes mate. You may need the 90° mounts with the XL being wider.

    Vibrations

Something up with the discs or spacers there. Jack it up and spin the wheel round and see if the disc catches at any point in the rotation. I've seen it where caliper carriers have been off slightly and you get like a 'ching, ching' noise as the discs hits it.

    Cambelt

When you put the horseshoe tool in, you should be able to put a bolt in top that locates in the top of the cam cover. If it's 180° out on both then it wouldn't line up with the bolt hole. It'd sit higher.

    Cambelt

Whip the black cam plugs out the right hand side and see if the tool slots in. I believe it is possible to have them both 180° out.

No but i'm sure you'll be ok as long as everything is legal. The Clio would need valid tax, insurance and MOT.

I actually like RainX ? Granted it's not that long lasting, but it's so easy to apply and i like doing it after most washes.
