Yeah the MK2 is worth the money over the MK1. I have the MK2. You'll need something that takes smaller pads to compliment it though, you won't get into small areas with it. There's a Mk3 coming out early next year, so they may drop in price slightly.

Yours is the updated top washer with the recess. The previous ones made it so that there was only a minimal amount of thread left showing.

What Clio is this for? F5 is just for ABS on a 172/182 I think.

They do require a tap as the inside of the mount is tapered.
