well coming down the roads between york dragstrip and the m62 last month i came up behind a V6 4motion Golf him 2 up me 4 up he couldnt shake me off round the bends and i was having to back off to stop running into the back of him altho i didnt have enuff power(read too much weight lol) to...
he he i been embarassed enuff by the novas in the valver lol they quik little buggers. too much for a standard valver ....... thats why i got a willy lol
as for a clio vs nova day itd def have to be grouped, i know wot its like to lose to one of these... A LOT lol an it aint nice........ so...

what you done to your engine or is it standard 2.0 litre, no cams or owt lurkin in there lol

yeah a little less air in the tyres always helps with traction off the line if the tyres are nice n sticky some ppl run as low as 20 psi on the hooooooooooge mickey t slicks.
also u dont wanna be revvin the nads off it on the line, i find about 1500-2500 rpm works just fine.

yeah trev mate i saw that too.....racin the scooby i think it was ........ he went home soon after not looking happy ....... hope evrything ok with it cos its looking to be 1 fast car

nick mate iv run against 5 of them all pulling around the 15.1-5 mark the only exception is the mk2 one with the viper n chip n zorst wich runs a tad quicker than my williams (which is standard) and that runs 14.8-9s fairly consistantly ..........

i had a valver before the willy , and was considering the 2litre conv. for the valver, but after weighing evrything up i decided that selling the valver and using the cash i had for conv. and buying a willy instead was a better option because of all the other things that you get with the willy...

well i agree and disagree lol
the valver is a very quik car... but the willy outpaces it in all respects, the only time a valver will keep with a willy is in 1st gear, theres about 0.1-3 difrence in 60 ft times but about a second over the 1/4 (in simularly tuned cars)
