How did you wash it? A section at a time and rinse or all in one go and rinse?
Ideally you need to do it a section at a time otherwise it'll sit for too long.
Mine last a year or so I'd say, only a couple of track days a year.
I've not checked them yet after using my PBS pads, but the brakes feel better than ever after switching from CL RC5+
Any boots in these calipers fail after track use, I've used all sorts. It's one of those things.
The big redd ones tend to be the best though. They'll fail even earlier if they are exposed to copper grease or similar.
Yeah, just needs popping back in and the gearbox oil topping up with 75w80 gear oil.
I should have warned you about it before when saying about standing on the hub to lever it down to get the bolts in.... ?
The plastic wing nut is on the front of the box, if you fancy topping it up yourself.
Oh yeah definitely much hard with one wheel on the ground, but with both off the ground you still have to push down on the lower arm a bit.
Have on all the ones i've worked on anyway.
