Ammonia, Citric Acid and Thioglycolic Acid. The last one was is the stuff that does the work essentially and the Ammonia brings with mix to a more ph neutral state. Also gives it that nasty smell.

Are you using the Meguiars or similar microfibre cutting pads with the DA? They'll give you the best cut, a lot more than foam.

Gyeon Iron seems to work a bit better for me.

Have you got any springs in that? Seems to compress very easily...

You sure you didn't just blow the circlip on the diff? Quite common to happen on the JC5-129 box.

You should be able to push it into gears by hand. Can you not get any? Even pushing the selector down and then moving it?

That box is missing the cover off the end too, where 5th gear is.

I run 5mm spacers with longer bolts. There's still a good 5mm or so to locate the wheel onto the hub flange.

5mm spacers don't need to be hub centric. There is still enough of the hub flange sticking out for the wheels to locate on.

Brake cleaner is best to clean it up.
