    Clutch Pedal Is Very Hard

A Golf R with DSG should f**k off on most Clio's tbh. Unless twisties of course.

    Powerflex black exhaust mount

I have the yellow engine mount insert and it's settled down now, but the dash windscreen vent and door cards rattle. Luckily i don't drive it during the week.

About to change sump gasket on 172, anything else to do at same time?

 There is an oil pump mod too, but i don't know much about it. @bloke is the one for that.

Not really, although my whole car rattles anyway 😂

I used the generic red Powerflex ones and drilled my own holes.

ARP rod bolts if you plan on going for more power or spend a lot of time near the limiter.

Not if it's taken the cambelt out with it.

I think it's a few hours, but I left it a full day. Only used once so far on a track day. No discolouration yet.

Rear Brake Issue: Post-wash Brake Performance Worse

Yeah, by boiling the fluid say on track. Brake fluid is hygroscopic, so it's always absorbing moisture.

Rear Brake Issue: Post-wash Brake Performance Worse

You could have air in the system. Or the calipers need rebuilding as the pistons might not be as free as they could be. Try bleeding the brakes first.

Rear Brake Issue: Post-wash Brake Performance Worse

Bit low all round really, but nothing dangerous.

    Wheel sealant on track wheels

Quick tip for the applicator foam block, if you cut two slits along the length of the block on the sides and then use a bank card or something to tuck the suede cloth into it. Saves holding the cloth around the block.

    Wheel sealant on track wheels

Gyeon Rim is nice to use. Used it on these and after a track day you can imagine what colour the white wheels went! Cleaned up like new. Best to do 2 coats as per instructions.

    Breaking value?

Breaking cars is an utter ballache. Return to standard if you can.

    MeisterR coilovers any good?

They use the same pillowball top mounts as BC. Pretty much all the same, BC, Meister R, Yellow Speed.

    Cheap oil...

Been using it for years in Clio and Megane 225. It's Renault RN700/710 spec too.

Rear Brake Issue: Post-wash Brake Performance Worse

A good set of rears should pull 150-160kg per side on the brake efficiency rollers.

Hate knocks... Don't buy Renault. 😂

The new style Renault top mounts are shite irrc. The Febi ones from Euro are better from what I've seen.

    Inner track rod

Not really, should be ok to use them again as long as they're not torn.

    HPAS vs. EPAS

Prefer the feel of HPAS myself. I'd run a cooler.
