    Titanium Ph1 172

Will see what i can find first mate. Personal situation has changed a bit so need to go easy on the spending. They are FK, will grab a picture later, not the same as my old FK ones though. One of my old set rounded the bolt hole and this one has obviously just loosened over time.

    Ph1 Stereo Control Blank

I don't think the ph2 steering cowling will fit properly, its enough of a ball ache to get the ph2 item to fit with a ph2 dash in a ph1 So much so im tempted to go back to ph1 cowling and then paint it black or something.

The Fatty's KTEC alternative induction setup that works just as well!

So mines being a bit of a PITA! is there extra metal work in the ph1 than the ph2? Normal size battery but using a k&n filter until the Ramair one turns up. Possibly k&n being too big?

    Anyone fitted Aero wipers?

I have a feeling you'd need 21" on both sides, 22" might be ok but any more than that and it'll be hanging of the edge of the window IIRC

    How wide looks right?

I'd have to disagree with @Dr Jekyll :-P 25mm up front looks fine, nice and wide but not out of the arches :) Yet to put my 10mm rears on but I think i'll have to do what @DannyR has done

    Replacing rad, ph1 172

Nice one, didn't even know the grill came apart like that, just always taken if out as one. Probably end of the month buddy, going to source a rad, been offered one off here from a ph1 being broken or gsf or ecp, really depends on funds, fortunately I can do without the car so no rush on it

    Replacing rad, ph1 172

How did you manage to get the grill off without removing bumper first? The bumper covers the grill under the lights no? The one from ecp is good right? Better than a £30 eBay jobby? Your more than welcome to come help for some beer tokens though ;)

    Replacing rad, ph1 172

Had a quick search and it seems pretty straight forward Bumper off, grill off, bonnet catch off, front cross member off, couple of clips on the aircon pipe and some joiners on the pipes on the rad then out Anything I'm missing? Easy enough to do myself with basic tools or should I take it to...
