Have you tried connecting it to PC and restoring through iTunes? Might do it, assuming iTunes recognises it's connected.

Just took another pic of the long dash insert. Looks a bit dull in the first pic. You can see the sparkly titanium..ness in this one :)

Remove the dash trims, they pull out, little force needed. 'pling' out the steering wheel insert, and the gearknob insert. Get them painted the colour of your choice. Chat with Ady182 on here to get 'airbag' 'renaultsport' and 'gear gate' stickers to go on the fresh paint. Sorted.

...more yellow :) Had the dash trim pieces, the gearknob insert and the steering wheel insert painted titanium to match the car this week. Then got replacement stickers for the bits from Ady182 in...yellow, of course.

What firmware version has it got? If you go settings/phone/phone mgmt./device updates it'll show firmware under 'custom version' . should be either 11...something or 21...something. v30 is out, but only for certain territories as yet. both 21 and 30 speed it up a bit.
