Do a backup, of messages, contacts etc. Turn the phone off. Hold the red, green and camera buttons together, and power it back up. Keep holding the 3 buttons til it comes up with the 'country' screen. Should work. Will ask you to re-enter country, date and time once it starts up.

I've been happy with these for about 5 years now mate. Bizzarly, Keith seems to work 24/7. On 2 occasions I've emailed him about minor issues (for minor issues read 'I've ballsed up my email account or deleted half my site accidentally') on a Saturday, thinking I'd hear from him on the Monday...

yep, you can get a new one. process through the dealers i believe, they fill in a form n send it to Renault. might cost about 30 quid though.

Dead easy to fit. Pull the head unit out. Plug it in. Route the wire. Plug the I-pod on the other end. I dremelled out a lil hole in the bottom of my ashtray, ran the wire through there. Gen3 I-pod sits neatly in the ashtray with the lid closed. Sorted.
