@Cub. I'm paying 600-650 including the rest of the 5y service bits (from a trader on here) and figured some 197 cams and a map would come in at around the same price as Dan. Only problem is 'said trader' is now struggling to get hold of some 197 cams:disappointed:.
Thanks for the offer fella, but I've already got it booked in somewhere nearer to me. Somerset is a little to far really:confused:. Do you sell cams on their own at all?
@Cub. Would love some catcams but I just can't justify that much cost. If I was spending that kind of money then I think I'd...
So my car's booked in for its belts/5 year service in January. I thought while these are being done it'd be a good time to get some cams stuck in. Now with the resale value etc I don't really think spending 6-700 + a map on some new Catcams or the like is worth it so I decided 197 cams would be...
Sends via rf signals to its hub that then sends the ir so you don't need to point it at stuff. Also works in cabinets and can control lights and heating and stuff if you want. Plus let's me use my phone as remote over the WiFi.
They're doing that offer again tonight! The ultimate is the same but with WiFi, Bluetooth and separate ir senders. Worth the extra £40 I thought.
Got to be bloody quick to get them!
I think it comes down to luck of the draw with them.
On my old 172 they worked perfectly almost all of the time. However on my 182 they were s**t from day one. I've tried different gel packs, cleaning and reseating it and it was still the same (or worse!).
Eventually ended up breaking the whole...
Congrats on beating all the competition and getting the posts Matt, Jim:smiley:.
I'd be up for a TOPO meet. Would be nice to see some good meets of old in the future and will try and make it to some...
Guess the point is doing what you've done is costing more looking at the bigger picture/plans change etc. You were also as enthusiastic about the 200 at the time. Time will tell how it is with the ST..!
I might have misread before. Never use your built in speakers as well as any external ones. You will always get a slight delay between the two.
But most of all it defeats the object of getting better speakers in the 1st place lol.
You won't need to tbh. When my LG developed lines down the screen at 3 years old they replaced without any bother for free. They will ask for around £100 deposit until they prove you haven't spilt water down the back of it etc but they will give you that straight back. In your email state when...
Task killers are a waist of time and your battery with android. The RAM is used differently to PC's! Have a read of this to get the gist..

You've already had a 182 earlier this year that you already said was expensive for you and your asking people how much they cost to run?
Surely you already know the answer to how much it will cost YOU to run one. It's pointless asking what it costs others when you already know the answer lol...
Lol, you can get lorries, caravans etc on ferries so I don't think you'll have any bother with that one...
I just stick all my kit in the boot though tbh. You can get 2 bikes, 2x camping kit, clothes, beer etc without to much bother!
Thanks for the comments. Car is nearly there, got the wheels refurnished earlier this year so they're mint. Next on the list is getting the front bumper resprayed and the full 5 year service:(.
The flat bed truck almost took off my genuine splitter. It had more flex in it than I thought they did ha!
It was f**king comical at times mate, typing s**t on google translate for them to read only for them to give me that look and go huh! Got there in the end though and the breakdown service handled all the taxi, hotel garage and s**t. They were very good under the French circumstances tbh...
Well it's been over a year since I added to this thread:eek:.
Thought I'd popup a couple of pics I took while in Dieppe the other week. I had absolutely no intentions of going there but tragically the bean failed me 1h into France just outside Abbeville with the dash lighting up all over one by...
