    on one of the seat runners on the drivers seat. Should only affect you if your a short person and have the seat close to the steering wheel

    Ball joint lower arm or top mount. if it were a pump it would do it in any sitution. They must be chargeing you an hours labour for the washers when the bumper has to come off to do the belt and pump. i have blocked them off on my car.

    Nope 36k or 5 years of aux belt and cambelt is 72k or 5 years. you need to take aux belt off to do the cam belt. any belt cant be refitted after use. so if he serviceing is being done on age you can change both at 5 yrs providing it doesnt go over 36k. if its being done on mileage so say 15k...

    Aux belt gets changed with cam belt. and both should be brought as a kit with idlers and tensioners

    Top one looks like it fits a standard system. bottom one is for a stainless steel exhaust both for a 172

    Yeah thanks Tom. My dad had a 2.0 8v laguna it was brill and never went wrong in 5 years of ownership. Just make sure the cambelt has been done etc and the coils are fairly new. avoid ones that look like they have been used for hard work although i know of one taxi around my way is on 300k

    Disagree i would soon rather have a old laguna rather than a mondeo. i think the older lagunas are not to bad. i would go for a 1.8 16v though. i never had a problem with them
