I think the RC5+ will suit you then. I have them on mine and they're great on track and fine on the road.
They squeaked like mad for the first 50-100 miles, but once you get past that they are ok. Just the odd squeak every now and again.
They're a track only pad really, so they'll always squeak when cold. No point trying to stop them squeaking, just change to something else or live with it.
They might do yeah, but the experience of a specialist will more than likely have come across the problem on a previous car. Their knowledge is second to none.
Where are you based?
Without the shims on mine, can't say that I hear them rattling though.
For bedding in they don't really need any specific procedure, just drive them as normal and warm them up on track first.
Yeah, it's probably best to give it a push from the back too as they can snap, but it's not a problem if they do because the silicone will stick them back on.
