Sounds like a faulty fan motor to me. Had a similar issue. All controls worked just nothing came out the vents.
Could also be the popular resistor pack too.
Put a flyer on a RB 182 today in didcot near Abingdon. See if they join.
I have 3 weeks off work so a meet during this time would be good. Bored of Doing same thing every evening.

My front washers have gradually got worse, and now after 30 mins of unblocking the eyes in the jets. Still no better. Barely come out of them. And only 3 of the jet eyes actually squirt.
So thought I'd check the rear. And nothing. The rear wiper was working. But today it isn't? Any ideas...
Could be the resistor pack. Short out pins 1 and 5 on the resistor plug. Blowers should come on full blast. If they do then the resistor pack is faulty. If nothing happens it's the motor.
Mine was the motor. And have a spare resistor pack in the garage if you need it. Do the checks first...
I think that when fans are constantly on full its the resistor pack at fault.
I have a spare one if you want it. As I purchased the resistor pack and motor. But turned out I only needed the motor.
