:p I'm fixing an old desktop PC for my mum so that she can browse the internet. It's pretty rubbish, 750mhz Pentium III, or something... Anyway, I finally got it up and running, and the internet up and running via wifi, and decided to swap her old crappy monitor... I plugged the new one...

I’m in the process of copying documents to CD as back up and will be formatting my laptop afterwards. When I’ve done this before I just put the windows CD in and followed the steps. I want to keep the laptop slim and running quick in future – any tips or advice?Thanks :)

I'm guessing this was a 172 as it was Scarrab (sp) Green. Very noisey, rev'ing up Richmond Hill, Bouremouth. :cool:
