182 Trophy or a 172 Cup if handling is your be all and end all. Compromise would be 182 with cup suspension.
Any 1*2 can have the suspension imporoved, for a few hundred quid, to be better than any standard car, though.
But out of the box, those two are the best.
Don't know if you've sorted this or not, but my 172 did exactly the same thing after fitting the R-Sport ECU, a few years ago now. That was one of the reasons why I binned it off, as well as my cruise control stopped working.
The same symptoms also re-appeared after remapping with an RS Tuner...
Yes and no, imho. Yes, because the engine breathes much better with a straight through, throttle response is improved and it seem much more eager to rev.
No because it's a f**king ball ache of a job to swap back for MOT (if you don't have a mate in the trade, of course!)
You can see it from under the bonnet. Next to the horn.
I noticed a decrease in low down torque when I removed mine. Could have been imagined, as it does alter the noise slightly, but certainly offered no improvement.
Every fibre of my being wants to hate Sky....
But it's f**king brilliant tbh. The Sky+HD box is probably one of the best bits of tech I've ever used tbh. And Sky Sports is probably the best in the world. And I love my sport lol
Never looked at Virgin as I can't get cable where I live...
Boy did you come to the wrong place to complain about Apple. It's like a f**king Apple Convent or something in here lol.
Not sure which one of them this is, mind. ;)
I got the same 01/01 N/A fault shown on the hand held reader I have. Plugged an RSTuner in and it shows up as 'front 02 sensor heater fault'.
My front lambda does swing pretty well mind, so I'm not really too sure what to do. Might just bite the bullet and swap the lambda.
The whole heat absorbtion thing, afaik, is based on white light hitting the object in question and all of the energy being absorbed (that's why black things appear black to us - all the colours of the light spectrum are absorbed!) and thus turning into heat.
So if there's no (or very little)...
Lol. Regardless of how you try and dress it up, a PHONE who's design can cause it to lose signal under certain conditions is a design flaw. Whilst all the little gimmicks on the iPhones are lovely, for most people its fundamental purpose is to act as a communication device.
lol.
That's a pretty major flaw. I'll bet a pound to a piece of s**t that the fan boys will happily just accept it and say it's 'nothing, just don't hold it there, like Steve said, durr"
:D
Re: OS4 software upgrade. Opinions?
Everything Apple do is perfect, Jon, you should know that if you spend any time in this forum!! ;)
What's the folders thing about?
It took me about 5 attempts at downloading the update (is it just me or do you have to download the whole thing again if...
My 3GS is shocking for signal. I have a works Nokia 1110i (lol I know, I Know) and it's 10x better at holding a weak signal than my iPhone.
In fact, both are on o2 and my work mobile will divert to my personal phone if not picked up or out of range. The two were sat next to each other. Left a...
I like it! Nice new car as well, lucky bugger! Enjoy!
As the Mk2's were more refined and nicer day to day than the mk1's, so the evolution has continued with the mk3's. I'm sure they're still a great drive. Would love to try a 200, only been in a 197.
Get the Cup. Better looking, better driving. Best colour of any RS. Best wheels. It'll be newer, have less miles most likely. Cambelt change is cheaper should you need to.
No brainer imho.
I had this - Got wheels balanced after buying new tyres. Noticed it took the guy ages to balanced the one wheel, which made me suspicious. Made no difference to wobble.
Swapped front to back and wobble through steering wheel now gone.
Still feel a vibration through the car, so buckled wheel...
The heater circuit is part of the lambda sensor I think. They have heaters as they only operate properly above a certain temperature iirc.
Strange that you say you've changed the lambda for a new one. Could be a bad connection/wiring fault. I've been under my car today and the first lambda...
