I always used 3x the maximum the circuit was intended to run as 'my' rule so either 50V or 100V would be ample.

I've yet to be 'scared' in mine, just strengthening the puckering muscles sometimes. Obvious stuff though with a 2nd hand car, check the tyre pressures

Really? Pretty much every one that comes off the car is cracked. They don't flow all that well either, peaking at ~230bhp & 270bhp depending on whether K03 or K04 fitment.

I wouldn't! They're really prone to cracking, and there's not the material to drill & tap into really. Adaptor plate would be the way, but the manifold will still crack :(
