You need a high input on your amp to wire into stereo. I presume that's different to RCA. I got a mate who does all mine. He said that wiring in a RCA is terrible

They come with a crossover and set of tweeters i presume tweeters just fit like the speakers but is there no wiring involved in the passive crossover?
