got all the bits for doing the rear disc and pads but i have a couple of questions before i start them..
do you re-grease the stub axle when you put the new disc on? and are the hub nut's a use once only item or are they ok to re-fit?
do i need to do anything with the new disc i.e grease the...
i quite enjoyed the blast (test drive) you took me on in my car the other month after-all there's a difference between a car being driven how it was intended and just being ragged to death...
not sure about any difference between a 02/05 pump but it's the one on the right as your looking at it you need to be changing..

p.s the top of the pumps have different connections so you cant really get it on the wrong one
this borrowed from fitting a yozza thread should work unless one of the hangers is bent out of shape
slacken off the cat bolts a bit
slacken off the 2 rear mounts
fit the centre section to the cat (loose)
fit the back box to the centre section (tight)
wiggle about to line up
tighten...

just get the yozza when i first had mine on i thought it was to loud but after about a day it really grows on you and sounds awesome when giving it some beans :approve:

mine ended up leaking again so i followed a thread on here and basically pulled the fuse and disconnected the pipes inside the arch liner...
+1 i tried on the qc15 at the bose shop last weekend and they are awesome alot nicer than the qc3 just got to be able to justify the £279 price tag:eek:
