got all the bits for doing the rear disc and pads but i have a couple of questions before i start them.. do you re-grease the stub axle when you put the new disc on? and are the hub nut's a use once only item or are they ok to re-fit? do i need to do anything with the new disc i.e grease the...

not sure about any difference between a 02/05 pump but it's the one on the right as your looking at it you need to be changing.. did mine last week :dapprove: p.s the top of the pumps have different connections so you cant really get it on the wrong one

this borrowed from fitting a yozza thread should work unless one of the hangers is bent out of shape slacken off the cat bolts a bit slacken off the 2 rear mounts fit the centre section to the cat (loose) fit the back box to the centre section (tight) wiggle about to line up tighten...

is it a breather pipe?

have you slackend all the system off upto the cat and tried to line it up again?

yep cat still in place cant be doing with the hassle of swapping it over when its mot time..

have you looked at the 24-105L is, the 70-200 could get a bit heavy after a while where as the 24-105 is a good walk about lens?
