well ecu, there are two avenues, remappable chip or omex ......... depends how much im prepared to throw at a 10 year old car.... but i wont get rid of it
welll i think there is a difference between the air/non air bag models in a valver does the steering wheel fit because the boss mountings are different between the two.
what type is it, as you can buy tools from halfords to remove locking nuts, i had an arse of a job with one on my valver ones and ended up having to drill/grind it out which caused some damage to the alloy.
5 alive are expensive ! and a the set-up is a little strange, i had a gearbox off them and in total cost me £800 fitted. only lasted a year as the syncro was f*cked.
A close friend of does engine conversions as a hobbie and could probably do it for you and at a reasonable cost.
