Where you push to open the boot, there should of been two motors, you wiper motor and your boot opener. Are the wires still plugged into that? i made the same mistake, i just went hell on it and ripped everything out and then realised my boot wouldnt lock.

I de wipered mine the other day, by the sounds of it it just may be the wire from the lock that may have come out?

I went to buy a new stereo yesterday and was told that my steering wheel controls would be useless as soon as i do, how easy is it to re-connect the steering wheel controls after you buy a new one?
