    Sounds like the cable that joins the motor to the regulator has broken, its common on clios. You have to have the whole thing as it comes as a complete unit.

    Fully agree with Mike 172sport, you shoudnt always blame the techy, most of us try to get it right but sometimes things dont go to plan. Not all Renault dealers are the same.

    1st service is just an oil and filter change + lights and levels, check front pad wear.

    It goes in the side of the gearbox just by the nearside driveshaft.

    Get renault to do it , they cut out the block connecters under both front seats and solder the wires up.
