If your cycling to work then a valver will be ok to buy cuz when it breaks you can still get to work lol. Seriosly though, i love mine and the interior aint that bad. Just cuz you cliosport owners dont have oil temp and pressure guages to look at lol

The st looks ok imo but about 2 weeks ago i pasted one in my valver on the dc, so no there not that fast compared to a cup or any other 172/182. They dont even have as good a power to weight as a valver so that dont say much. Why the fook didnt ford stick a more powerfull engine in?
.Id imagine them to be neck and neck up to silly speeds. Handling is debatable and there is no point in starting that one lol. Although the clio being 16v and the 205 being 8v could favour the clio higher up after a ton maybe.:S

I had a race with a vts last month and basically we both went for it, i was behind him and at 60mph he moved over to the left so we could have a proper blast. Through 3rd gear my valver pulled my bonnet next to his door and in 4th up to 110 my car pulled its nose in front, basically his bonnet...
Mine was a speedo reading chap. The most ive had is about 135pnh on the clocks, thats probably really about 127mph which is what the real book speed is apparently.
Dont get me wrong guys, The engines are superb imo, mines on 147k at the moment and no real signs of giving up. If you drive them hard like your supposed to then things like tho box will give up and bushes and mounts will need replaceing. Only probs i ever hear about valvers is dodgy idle...
There's more to the williams than just 13bhp mate. There's alot more torque low down and from 3rd gear onwards a valver will be a dot in the mirror. I used to think like you till i went in one ;)
If you like a proper drivers car you will love a valver or williams imo. Quicker than its rivals and quicker than quite a few modern hatches. They cost alot to maintain though tbh. Its not parts that cost alot its the labour, so if you good with a spanner then your ok. Buy a minter because if...
Tbh im not suprised someone crashed into you cuz they all go up to the metior center in Derby to cruise about and morrisons is at the metior center so it was probably some chav flying round the car park.
Surely you would claim on your insurance for that and then sell? Unless she was tpft but i dont think you can insure a car with tpft if its worth more than 4k.
