That end mill is crazy, I’ve snapped loads of smaller ones taking 1-2mm cuts. We do buy some cheap white though!

Normally just download the IVMS-4500 app on your phone, then you scan the capatcha on your system at work to be able to access it when ever needed.

I just use 5ah batteries on it, I’ve not done more than say 30 to 35 holes in a day (20mm holes for 16mm resin thread fittings, but smashed that with a battery no problem.

Just a decent seat and harness IMO reduces lap times quite a bit. Others might not share that view but it’s an easy upgrade that made a big difference to myself.
