Cheers all.. Just want the 172 now!!! :o It's simple fitment really. 2 screws on the top of the grill that need popping out carefully, then 2 clips where the Renault badge is and 3 clips either side of the grill at the bottom which need carefully pushing out.

^ It looks higher than a Clio on standard suspension. :S

The only reason I said Scenic is because looking online on image search there are a few Scenic's with those rims on!

Probably the person who originally had your car didn't like the rims when he bought the car from the dealer, so asked for those rims to be put on. :)

I still don't understand why people think 17's ruin handling. My handling is good on 17's. :S But if I could go back now and choose some wheels I would of gone with lightweight 16's.

Got the new grill fitted last night, a 10 min job and a perfect fit with the help of my mate. :cool: Makes the front look much nicer and more sporty IMO.

Im after getting a 60mm drop on my 17's. You will probably get a tiny bit of rubbing, but nothing to be overly concerned about. Mine is lowered 40mm and looks fine, but not low enough for me.
