As in the post above, the 40D is spec'd above the D80. In terms of specification the D40 isnt as good as the 400d but its not as expensive (the D40x is more comparable). They're all great cameras though, it all depends on what you stick on the front of it in reality!

A Cliosport 172 has 156 bhp per tonne (182 will be about the same, give or take a couple of horses over the weight ratio) a Williams is 155, so there is absolutely NOTHING in it in a straight line. Lol at those pulling 6 car lengths on a Williams, no chance! A Williams handles better though...

Problem is, as soon as you sharpen it you bring out the 'noise' in the picture and it looks awful. There's only so much you can do with a bad picture but you are prob best leaving it as is. I've had a go but I only make it look worse, lol!

Why do people think ABS is a magic invulnerability device? I've never owned a car with ABS and (touch wood) I've never crashed any of them. All it does is help you steer while you brake, if you go into a corner at life losing speed all the ABS in the world still wont help you.

Generally, most consumers with HD tvs have a separate sound sysytem anyway, which the manufacturers are aware of, hense putting smaller more inexpensive speakers in high end tv's to minimise expense. A lot of companies do this.

I have to say I've never been a big fan of upscalers (I've got one on on my stand alone player) and while some look pretty good, there are discs that look too processed for me. Still its a good feature to have for free! Havnt yet seen the PS3 upscaler in action though...

'Home' will be good, but I hope they also put a 2d interface onto it as well as the 3d interface... It may get a bit frustrating walking slowly around when you just want to get to something specific, you'll be pushing people out of the way, lol!
