Dont think so mate, the speed doesn't make much of a difference, although the noise will be slightly intensified if im going faster. Steering makes no difference either.

Has this knocking/rattle for a while now, and it's really getting on my nerves. Was going to take it to a garage to take a look but thought I'd try my luck with a thread on here. The knocking is coming from the engine or the offside of the car, like under the drivers seat or offside wheel etc...

I would tape it too the top of the windscreen, but i have a sunstrip and im worried the tape would pull it off when I remove it. Would it hold?

Ive took my bumpstrips off ready for colour coding, however is it illegal to just sit my front plate on my dashboard or do i have to mount it where the bumpstrip used to be? Cheers

Hi, currently removing my bump strips ready for colour coding. However, on the side bump strips, I can get the front part out easily enough, but not the back. I read the guide and it states it should just slide forward, no tools needed. However mine do not seem to budge. There is slight play...

any close up pics head on? Want a look at the surround mainly.

throw the vr6 lump in a mk2 gti and you have perfection.
