Ian- If you need to borrow a decent heavy tripod Im only in Bromley Cross. And Ive got a couple of flashes and bits that arent being used very much atm if you need to borrow anything.
I couldnt get mine out. Tried with a screwdriver, mallet, hammer, it just broke in the end. Needed to buy a new hub anyway but still need to source a new sensor for it.
Is the hub off the car?
Its amazing to see fly.
I was lucky enough to have a sit up front in that very one when it first came in for restoration, so small inside, almost having to crawl around up to the cockpit.
I can slightly hear the sound you mean but not enough to tell you what it might be. Best to get the wheel off and have a poke about. Look at the pads, see how low they are, could be some grit in between the pad and disc.
^I dont just want to look at it, I actually want to be able to move.
Nah i did hunt around last year for one but decide I like the MK2 GTI the most and i want a proper one not a 1.3 with the kit on.
Ive heard in France some of the roads are tolls so you have a thing that goes in that clear bit and the machines can scan it and it pays automatically.
You know what grind my gears? When its amazing weather all day and then as soon as I want to take a few photos, it bloody rains. GRR!
Anyway a few of us still meet up on Grane Road for some photos. Only a couple here but there are more, ill post them up after Ive got home from work...
