it depends on how hard you hit the kurb, and at what angle.. it can do little damage, but then it can rip your back axle out.
I would suggest taking it to a private garage and getting them to have a look.. they'll be able to tell you whether it's worth repairing..
Sorry to hear that :(
Some of you may know, some of you may not know! but this time last year I was in court for Dangerous Driving, resulting in a 12 month ban that came into effect on the 22nd May 2006.
It's 2007 no, and not long till I can take my test again (yeah the f*****s are making me do an extended...
To my knowledge, it isn't illegal to be covered under someone else's insurance. I was on my mum's insurance for the first year to keep costs down.. Since when has this been illegal?
If you DO go on ur mum's insruance, get her to switch to Direct Line - they allow named drivers to build up a...
ahahahh classic scutchy!!!
Do you by any chance have the full sky package? (tv/phone/inet??)

I had a beautiful Mk1 Ph3 1.4RT in dark green. Amazing car and loved every second I spent driving it. Very comfortable, easy to drive.
The RT comes with all the extras (leccy windows/mirrors/sunroof, power steering). Personally I prefer the look of them over the ph1 and 2s, the...
I have the talent, just not the dollar :(
Theres another vid of him coming through a village in a clio maxi.. he has it sideways about 150 yds from the corner, he really was? an amazing driver!
if its just turning over, and not firing maybe you have some dirt in the spark plugs? Or a HT lead has come loose?
I was going to say starter motor, but if it's turning over then the starter motor is fine. I know this is a problem on Mk1 Clios.
Then they'll come across a proper 2 leeter and get left in a cloud of dust. Just cos some little chav decided he wanted to try and be a 2.0, might give 2.0s a bad name, but if you've got a 2.0 u wouldn't care anyway? Cos u know you've got a 2.0 !!!!
So its not ok for someone with a 1.2 to put 2.0 badges on..
but it's fine for 2.0 owners to put 1.2 badges on??
Surely the rule should work both ways! :P
looks nice and tidy!! :D
The only thing i'd do to the exterior is change the wheels, but thats just my personal opinion - those wheels are gash. but i'd definately leave it standard looking :D
Shove all the money into the mechanics :D
