ah kwl, i'll see what i'm up to over the weekend and how much impulse i have to clean the car over waiting for ordering online and getting delivery. Might be interesting to try a few other different bits out
Also am I right in thinking you can put the synthetic type polishing wax layered with...
ah kwl, seems a gd idea to not be tied in, been on contracts for about 4 years now and it's a bit of a pain tied in for 1.5-2 years when taffifs change so frequently, then again the easiest way to pay is contract as there is no initial lump spend on a phone, it's more manageable at few pounds a week
Thinking about cleaning the car at the weekend, running low on shampoo, SRP and getting low on wax.
Was looking on Halfords website with their bogof, seen people say about the Autoglym HD wax which is a bit pricy but then saw the massive Autoglym Car Cleaning Wash Kit Gift Pack...
Just to threadjack but anyone know what are sencondhand new desires are roughly selling for?
I'm now considering picking up one and going on a 30-day rolling contract instead of a tie-in one
It goes low enough to give youu a shock a traffic lights if you pull the wrong lever... I seem to do it quite frequent, other cars i've driven the levers were the other way around!
:-s mine works fine for cans, cartons and capri-suns.
Not sure if it's due to the large amount of coppers though, mines full to the brim (the little one), when i put something in give it a few twisted to seat it and stays fine
Just wondering if anyone has opinions on having a K&N panel filter over a standard one in a non-sport?
Will it make much difference, so far all i've worked out is that if i keep the car over 5 years i'll have made my money back from not buying standard ones, but is there much other benefits...
ah kk, I guess it still might come, my 5800 had the basic but was then updated to turn by turn, yet a friend with the n97 had to wait longer to get it, finally the update for it came. Althoguh if you've got a seperate satnav your not missing much, i've been very tempted to give up on it a few...
Sounds good, will have to see if i can get to town sometime soon, only pain is i'd need to change network across from o2, which i've always been with my life, and have a nice loyalty discount with them for my last phone too. Sounds nice though, looks like there is a nice community for maemo too
Yea worried it wont be much of a difference from what i've got now, the 5800, just a different os and a physical keyboard.
Been tempted by the desire mostly, with the streak becoming every more popular in my mind. The problem is i've not got a very good success rate with capacitive screens, my...
Trying to decided what phone to get on my next contract, currently the decision is still between the Samsung Galaxy S, HTC Desire and the Dell Streak.
Thought about n900 this afternoon, has anyone got it and have any comments/reviews on it, I know it's getting an old phone now, but can it...
ah thanks, i haven't got a magnet, or a stick so i'll leave it until later this week and try to get a magnet from town and go fishing!
or put my dying Hard Drive out of it's misery and nab the magnet out of it!
I went out to check if non-air con clios have cabin filters after a thread on cliodci found mine does anyways.
But in doing so i dropped my no.6 socket (no handle) in the recess around the filter, see picture.
No apart from now not having the socket is it going to do any harm leaving it there...
hehe yea, iphone and ipad are our of the question, couldn't live with one ever... also would be laughed at by everyone at every I know with in the FOSS/Linux community.
The size is the big factor, i always carry a bag 90% of the time, but i realised i could actually do without a mobile, all i...
Anyone got one, looking for actual user reviews on what it's like to live with?
More in the physical sense, as i know the software update is behind, but i don't mind having a wait to get a good phone.
Trying to deside between it and the desire, but if the size is manageable then it's my...
well apart from 4X4's due to living on a farm all my dad has ever owned since his first car has been Vauxhall SRI's cavalier's, the only two i remember was a gold and a silver one. The silver was my favourite, had it as our family car when I was 5 to when I was about 14, we used to wear out the...
this has just made me think, i'm 95% sure my insurance company never asked for my mileage when i renewed, i just got a phone call, ended up being happy with what they suggested and said to carry it on, so i'm guessing any unused mileage from my last policy has been added to this years, as...
at the left hand side of the text box click the little arrow in down, then select google, you might also need to go into manage search engines and click google and then move up until it's in the top slot. make sure the google icon is in the picture to the left of the text box then you'll have...
Ah kwl, that'll save sanding them then!
Still undecided on the exterior, contemplating getting the side strips and bumper inserts either colour coded or carbon wrap them... was set on carbon, but after seeing a Cyclone Blue colour coded i'm now undecided!
just wondering what did you do to the plastic underneath? Sand it down, and/or primer it, or just stick it over?
Did my gear knob insert, but had already sanded it down ready to paint silver instead, now gonna do the dash inserts to match, but not sure if it's actually need sanding down
Also...
