Just standard polishing so far? Saw wheeler dealers the other day and the matey used one of those polishers that is a modified angle grinder (what are they called) would that do it at all?

well the paint is faded and scratched in places. But its sort off big patches if you see what i mean

Paint is really cr ap on my roof. I'v tried polishing but any other ways to get the paint back without a respray.
