There you go then, sorted.
Go for the fastest you can afford IMO. If you're only doing web browsing though and don't download much you might as well stick with the 10mb and save money.
Just so you know, if you do download a lot with Virgin Media they cap your download speed and perform traffic...
Doesn't really mean anything. Even if the flat has a working phone line, they'll still charge you the installation cost. There's more to it than just having a working phone line - it has to be routed properly within the telephone exchange for ADSL to work over it which is what the installation...
No it wouldn't. The speeds you get when using ADSL are down to the distance between your property and the telephone exchange. The further away you are, the slower the speed (generally anyway).
Fibre Optic broadband works differently - distance is no longer a factor.
I have 281bhp ATF and have never struggled to see off a Scooby yet. Thing is though, there are Scoobies / Evo's out there that have had 50k+ spent on them so it depends what you come up against. I'm certain Stevie's would rape anything straight out of the Subaru factory and probably most that...
While we're on the subject of gearboxes, I'll mention that mine has never broken either. Use the throttle pedal like an on/off switch and you'll destroy gearboxes. Drive it with some sympathy and avoid grinding it and it'll last.
P.S. Still awaiting spec list :p
No. That's just diesel engines, the gearbox has nothing to do with the rev limit.
Awesome work Stevie. Spec list needed A.S.A.P, I'm bored of 281bhp already :D
Not laughing at you as such, just laughing that someone picked up on the "incorrect" bit in typical CS stylee. Don't take offence, it happens to everyone.
Can't say for sure. Mine were done at the same time as everything else so I've got nothing to compare against standard. But as I say, cheap enough and the laws of fluid dynamics mean it will make SOME amount of difference if only very slight and completely unnoticeable.
Just do both parts of the inlet and get PTFE gaskets. It's not expensive, not difficult to do yourself and if it makes very little difference then look on the bright side - it's still better than it was.
Network Address Translation.
In a nutshell it's a way to publish services hosted on a private network via a public IP address, although there's so much more to it than that. Search Wikipedia if you're actually interested :p
Has he ever mapped a 172 / 182 turbo that anyone knows of? Wouldn't mind seeing what it makes and what the owner thinks of it, out of interest of course...
I think anyone doing a decent job of it would check the engine is generally in good health prior to starting (unless rebuilding the engine at the same time).
